We are a start-up Artisan Bakery based in the busiest district in Zürich, Switzerland. A small team looking to use real biological ingredients to produce real bread.
We are looking for team members with passion and enthusiasm for Artisan Baking. The right persons will have experience of sourghdoughs and, hand shaping. A desire to create receipes and have a creative flair are essential. Needs to be capable of working on their own and use their own initiative. Must also be willing to work as part of the wider team.
