The media landscape, in particular the digital ecosystem, is constantly evolving and we are building a future-forward marketing organization centered on data & insights. This exciting and challenging position - flexible working hours incl. home office (hybrid) is possible - has three main tasks:
Media Strategy & Planning
- Responsible for strategic and operational media planning across all touch points and media channels
- Develop integrated media concepts, plan and monitor communications and brand media strategies
- Lead the development of our media approach and investment strategy and lead the digital acceleration agenda cross-functionally
Media Performance Management
- Manage agencies to deliver our media campaigns, from planning and establishing campaign KPIs and benchmarks across ad formats, to ensuring that the campaigns are reported on correctly, continuously optimized and delivered on our business goals
- Lead social and programmatic campaigns with strong understanding of optimization strategies across biddable platforms incl. pricing/CPMs, audiences and reach/frequency
Consumer & Market Insights (CMI)
- Manage marketing research projects in collaboration with research agencies and analyse consumer and market data with the objective to provide relevant, actionable insights for marketing and commercial decisions.
- Support knowledge transfer and distribution of insights within the OpCo, incl. presentations of relevant findings to senior stakeholders such as the Management Team.
Requirements for this Position:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Data Science or Finance
- Professional experience in media / communications
- Understanding of campaign tracking and adtech landscape, experience with biddable ecosystem (SSP, DSP and/or social platforms), understanding of campaign pricing, targeting, measurement & bidding
- Professional experience in market/category/consumer insights, quantitative market research or data analytics
- Proficient and up-to-date with global media trends and tools especially in digital (display/OLD, video/OLV, mobile, SEM, social, ...)
- Fluency in English, German is a big plus
