Your responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for coating system projects
  • Lead projects compliant with the project management system
  • Plan projects and their application
  • Control progress and costs
  • Plan and coordinate resources with line management
  • Report to project board and supervisor
  • Assume responsibility for project documentation (development and test results)
  • Manage internal and external project resources
  • Ensure communication between development partners and suppliers within projects
  • Reduce complexity and standardize projects
  • Assume responsibility for systems engineering within projects as well as for developed coating systems until formal handover to the responsible organization unit (lifecycle management, production technology etc.)

Your profile:

  • Technical degree (ETH/university), ideally with additional business education
  • Several years’ experience and track record in leading complex machine development projects
  • Broad technology know-how – Leadership and confl ict management skills
  • Conceptual strength and “system thinking”
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact in an international environment
