seeking motivated professionals to join its office in Zug as Sales Account Managers and learn from our existing
Business Development team. We are a multi-national specialist recruitment company founded in 1984. Oxford
combines international reach with local depth, serving our clients through an integrated network of over 20
offices. Our Zug office works closely with our European Headquarters in Cork, Ireland to deliver experienced
professionals for consulting assignments throughout Europe and North America. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities • Engage in client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, candidate marketing, scheduling and conducting new client visits. • Generate potential business opportunities through phone-based direct networking and lead generation. • Work closely with the recruitment team to follow up on referrals and leads. • Identify new opportunities and trends in the marketplace. • Manage a portfolio of clients to overachieve against performance indicators. Qualifications • Target driven and ability to work as part of a team. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ambitious, energetic and personable. • Strong evidence of work, university or sporting success. • Well organised with a sense of urgency to achieve goals. • PC literate • 6 months+ work experience in a sales role • Fluent English is required.
