Be part of the local HR team take an active role in all HR related processes:
_ Recruitment : support managers in the recruitment process from publication until offer to the candidate in collaboration with the centralized Talent Acquisition team
_ Onboarding : draft contract and support integration process for new comer
_ Employee relations : advise all employees on HR related topics and questions
_ Act as Business Partner : provide guidance and support to local managers
_ Time management : follow-up absences and application of the regulations
_ Performance management : advise and support employees and managers
_ HR communication : write HR communications as needed (employee life cycle info, newsletter, info screen)
_ Compliance: ensure correct handling of workplace policies, procedures and practices in compliance with Employment legislation and regulations
Functie-eisen_ Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent ie: HR administrative assistant diploma (Federal Brevet in HR is an asset)
_ Minimum of 3 years related experience in HR in a Swiss environment (an additional experience in international HR is an asset)
_ Very good knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and employment principles
_ Fluent in French and English
_ Experience working in a dynamic, international environment (fast growing organization)
_ Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and tools
