The Role
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Marketing Manager/in will play a crucial role in implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support event planning and execution, enhancing FiCAS AG’s presence at industry events and conferences.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing and crypto asset management to ensure innovative and effective marketing practices.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the financial services or fintech sectors.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with the ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with a hands-on approach to task execution.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
