       Specialist Complaint Management 

Our Complaints, Vigilance & Field Safety team provides a structured, transparent and on-time user friendly complaint management process, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to adhere to the regulatory requirements.

Your ResponsibilitiesYour Profile
  • Manage receipt, categorize and processing of product complaints incl. customer response and statistical analysis.
  • Initiate and complete MDR, Vigilance and all other required complaint reports within timeframe & acc. to respective regulations.
  • Understand and defend Complaint Management Process during internal & external audits
  • Communicate with distrubutors, sales staff, shipping, operations, etc. to ensure that all possible information including return of the product is completed
  • Ensure completion & completeness of complaint files

  • Master degree or equivalent in medical engineering, polymer technology, material science, chemistry, pharmacology, life science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of and competence in application of 21 CFR part 820, part 803, ISO 13485 and MDD requirements
  • Computer skills specifically MS Office, Lotus Notes, statistical software (e.g. Minitab). Basic SPA skills are an advantage
