o Develop and implement the business strategy for SAP Practice in Switzerland
o Creating value propositions for customer and industry based analysis to identify growth opportunities
o Sales Accountability in a collaborative selling model (jointly with the industry vertical sales/account teams across a matrix organization model), and leading the engagement process as the key orchestrator in developing a program level customer solution while managing business goals
o SAP Practice Point-Of-Contact for any and every customer or prospect related communication from Vertical or Global Sales Leaders in the GEO responsibility for Manage virtual solution/proposal team on customer bids while leading on the responsibility of the overall solution.
o Overall "Sales Cycle" responsibility for bid strategy, executive customer communications, and executive summary in proposal and all financial constructs related to SAP and the overall deal to maximize opportunity to win business and profitability.
o Develop thought leadership, propositions and service offerings and building our SAP brand within the Swiss market.

Capabilities, skills and experience:
o A deep practical experience of SAP (10-15 years' experience)
o Consulting experience with business and IT executives on design and delivery of SAP solutions
o Have executive gravitas and ability to manage diverse range of stakeholders.
o Capability to handle P&L responsibility
o Ability to in sell and cross sell in the existing accounts
o Has the network in local market that can be leveraged for pipeline and new account identification
o Collaborative and consultative style of engagement.
o High level of drive, initative and determination.
o Gravitas to engage and grow relationships with senior business and IT clients.
o Breadth of Business and IT experience and insight.
o Exemplary professional and corporate image.
o Highly adaptable in dynamic environments.
o Delivers concise and effective communications with authority.
o Ability to work with globally located teams and experience working in Global Delivery Model.
o The right to live and work in the EU
o Languages: German, French and English
