HR Manager (w/m)
As a change manager, you will help this company and its people adapt to the new organization of the group and to the implementation of cross development projects.
You will also provide HR support to the line management and manage HR activities.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will report in a matrix organization to the HR Country Manager and to the corporate HR Business Manager.
We are looking for a business-oriented person with good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as leadership qualities.
You have an education in business management or HR together with a relevant experience in HR management and a good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.
An experience in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization would be an advantage.
Your mother tongue is Swiss German or German. English fluent. French an advantage.
