Social Media Manager
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, maintain & improve our global brand presence on social media.
You will have a wide range of tasks which include:
- Develop and execute our social media strategy with an end of growing our brand presence, our communities, driving engagement and increasing client acquisition
- Define tactics for audiences expansions across channels
- Imagine, plan and execute the monthly social calendar
- Manage delivery of contents to ensure they are both editorially strong and in line with our brand
- Organize the posting and the sponsoring with relevant audiences across channels
- Execute community management in cooperation with other teams
- Monitor Swissquote and competitors social presence and performance
- Manage relationships with influencers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in storytelling/campaign-driven social media; experience in managed and owned channels a plus
- Experience with social platform CMS, capabilities, live streaming, copyright management
- Interest for fintech, crypto & financial markets in general is a strong plus
- Hands-on problem-solver who can quickly manage priorities in a fast paced working environment
- Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
- EN/DE speaking, excellent writing skills
- Solid understanding of marketing best practices and activations across social media.
- Knowledge of audience analytics, audience development, and the ability to understand and learn from data
- Positive attitude, proactive, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability
- Professional or Bachelor degree in communication or marketing (SAWI, CREA or HEG)
- Editing (photo/video/text) skills are a plus
