Position Summary

As Global Strategy Development Manager, you will drive and align the organization around strategic marketing topics for the Nestlé corporate brand and its portfolio through the lens of corporate brand strategy and innovation.

A Day in the Life of a Global Strategy Development Manager
  • Work closely with internal leadership teams to drive long-term strategies and meaningful action on key subjects (e.g., nutrition) for the corporate brand and portfolio, structuring and leading successful cross-functional engagements
  • Bring best-practice thinking around how to build a consumer-centric, engaging corporate brand, and develop innovative tools and tactics to build the relationship between consumers and Nestlé
  • Introduce brand strategy best practices and innovations to inspire cross-functional partners to deliver the best possible brands and branded experiences for consumers today and tomorrow
  • Define strategic opportunity areas/risks for the Nestlé brand and its portfolio and address these areas/risks internally
  • Actively partner with agencies and consultancies to develop smart, actionable strategic work
What will make you successful
  • University degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • At least 10 years' experience in brand strategy development at global level
  • Proven track record in developing and activating brand strategies at the corporate level and across complex global product & service portfolios
  • Strong senior stakeholder and project management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
