Benefits Administration Project Leader, Account Executive (70-100%)

Your profile

  • +10 years experience in Project Management, as Account Executive in 2nd Pilar (LPP/BVG);
  • Fluent in German and English or in German and French, another language would be a plus;
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Analytic mind, details and results oriented;
  • Flexibility, autonomy, multi-tasking;
  • Very good sense of organization and communication.

Your responsibilities

  • Support to the Pension Fund Manager
  • Project Leader

Sales & Marketing:

  • Management of tenders, evaluation and elaboration of offers in collaboration with colleagues;
  • Preparation of and participation in presentations of our services and products to prospects;
  • Follow-up of offers and participation in monthly follow-ups;
  • Participation in marketing actions;
  • Participation in the definition and launch of new services/products.

Client management:

  • Monitoring a portfolio of customers, monitoring the level of customer satisfaction;
  • Preparation and monitoring of contracts and SLAs;
  • Preparation of offers;
  • Communication and information of customers about new developments, including the organisation of specific workshops.
