CRM Assistant (Ref. 1200)



Function/Position objectives

Provide direct assistance to the team of CRMs in their day-to-day work tasks in a dynamic and international environment for trading, marketing and administrative tasks. The CRM assistant is responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service to the EAM clients.


  • Partnering with the team of CRMs to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Handling the daily management of cash and corporate actions
  • Trading in all main asset classes:  FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, HF, PE
  • Supporting the team of CRMs with compliance or client-related projects as and when required
  • Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing process
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests


  • Bachelor or apprenticeship
  • Min. 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages an asset), good communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, and Avaloq (optional)
  • Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactrivity and flexibility
  • Interest in Financial Markets, knowledge and understanding of basic asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX...)
