HR Manager

For an international company based in the area of La Côte and active in a fast-growing and dynamic high-tech environment, we are looking for the next 

In this position you will report to the Global HR Director.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the HR Operational team based in Switzerland
  • Act as HR business partner for business leaders and employees mainly in Switzerland
  • Recruit talents for the business and drive the talent acquisition strategy
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives on a global scale
  • Manage all HR processes and employee lifecycle, including HR administration
  • Drive HR annual processes (appraisal, budget review, talent review,…)
  • Implement talent management strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement of our HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience
  • Implement C&B strategy
  • Reporting & KPIs strategy

Profile

  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • CAS/MAS/Brevet in HR is a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Previous management experience is required
  • Solid understanding of HR processes ability to leverage the quality of HR services
  • Solid understanding of Swiss HR policies, laws and regulations
  • Analytical mindset
  • Agile working style
  • Hands-on work, can-do attitude
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent command of French (C2) and English (C1)
