To strengthen our Sales & Marketing department, we are looking for a self-driven and talented Sales Operations Manager.

You have a Sales, Business Operations or Finance background and love to drive and improve sales processes.

In this position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and work closely with all members of the Sales & Marketing Team, Finance, HR and external consultants.

Sales Operations Manager

To strengthen our Sales & Marketing department, we are looking for a self-driven and talented Sales Operations Manager.

You have a Sales, Business Operations or Finance background and love to drive and improve sales processes.

In this position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and work closely with all members of the Sales & Marketing Team, Finance, HR and external consultants.

Your main responsibilities include:

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop regular reporting on key sales metrics, pipeline health and identify trends
  • Create dashboards to deliver actionable insights to the field and executive teams
  • Establish and maintain weekly Sales forecast with Sales Leadership
  • Work with Sales Leadership for quarterly and annual planning and other departments as needed to ensure alignment
  • Support with any Ad Hoc reporting needed for management to Sales activities and statistic
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Create monthly content for GHSM presentations and board reporting

Sales process Excellence

  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Drive and improve sales process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating/ implementing new ideas, tools or processes
  • Assist and train the Sales and Inside sales teams on the Sales Tools and Process in order to ensure proper data quality and top class execution
  • Support Business Development Managers throughout the sales process (NDA, RFI/RFP answers, consolidation, review and alignment, corporate information….)
  • Manage and Maintain the Sales Intranet directory up to date
  • Enforce the commercial policies and proper application of the commercials in pipeline deals
  • Facilitate the formal and informal exchange of best practices inside and across the regions

CRM and Sales tools

  • Provide first line of training and support to the Sales and Inside sales Team
  • Play a leading role in the administration, customization, new report definition and evolution of our CRM instance as well as Emasphère reporting tool
  • Ensure data integrity, as well as data quality with the appropriate level of automation
  • Post and Maintain contract records in the CRM

What the job involves

  • 2-5 years of relevant and proven experience in Sales or Business Operations or Finance in similar environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce or HubSpot is a strong plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written), any other language is a plus
  • Sales-friendly, strong desire to help the Sales teams and to make them more productive and successful
  • Ability to work independently with moderate to low supervision and cross functionally
  • Ability to lead by influence with a self-starting and enthusiastic attitude
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, attention to details and excellent work ethic
  • Organized with strong time management and project management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines
