This position is located in the Biosample Operations and Regulatory Bioanalysis chapter within PS, which is accountable for developing efficient End 2 End patient-centric Biosample strategies ensuring maximum utilisation for every sample and ensures assay readiness to provide PK, ADA and BioM data, data context and ultimately deliver robust and fit for purpose BioX regulatory filings


Job mission

To explore what is feasible and optimal in joining the responsibilities of the Biosample Specialist with the Bioanalytical Manager, seeking synergies, efficiency gains and driving technical capabilities, architecture and strategy to create exceptional value for our people, the portfolio and for patients.

Your impact

  • Exploit fully, the advantages of joining Biosample Operations with Regulated Bioanalysis

  • Understand what is feasible in joining the two roles, explore options of removing duplication, understand areas for improvement and fully understand the challenges that both roles face

  • Develops efficient E2E patient centric Biosample strategies ensuring maximum utilisation for every sample and ensures assay readiness to provide PK, ADA and BioM data, data context and ultimately deliver robust and fit for purpose BioX regulatory filings

  • Leading and embracing new ideas, new ways of working, building a cohesive chapter with no hierarchies and maintaining strong connections within the BioX community and beyond

Your profile

  • Minimum of a Degree/Masters with substantial relevant pharmaceutical research and development experience in either Bioanalysis or Biosample management. The ideal candidate would ideally have experience in both specialisms

  • Demonstrated experience in the area of compliance and scientific quality, optimal use of resources, CRO monitoring, clinical trials and functional interface.

  • A track record for innovation, supporting new initiatives and embracing new ideas
