Production Quality Technician

To support our e-Transport Solutions Group we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains for a:

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the quality of production in series life on different production lines;
  • Support the qualification of new products and equipment within the operations sector;
  • Write non-conformity reports and lead the resolution activities;
  • Conduct internal audits;
  • Write first assembly inspection reports;
  • Animate and drive the PDCA process;
  • Propose solutions to improve industrial performance.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Technician (ES) with additional training in industrial quality;
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, 5P, Ishikawa) required;
  • Mastery of reading mechanical drawings;
  • Understanding of electrical schematics an asset;
  • Autonomous in the execution of tasks and able to make decisions;
  • Mastery of an ERP (MS Dynamics a plus);
  • Highly organized and analytical mind, sense of priorities, ability to manage several projects in parallel, entrepreneurial and leadership skills;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Precise and meticulous person, with a sense of initiative and a real interest for the industrial culture.

  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize;

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
