Swiss Life Asset Managers is implementing an international transformation programme in the real estate area and thus introducing a modern IT platform for all European real estate entities. One of the key applications is the new real estate asset and fund management tool, which enables and modernises both local and pan-European business. The applications offer comprehensive functions for asset and fund planning, creation of business cases for transactions as well as risk and reporting capabilities. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as motivated and committed Business Analyst Real Estate (f/m/d) to supportthe successful introduction, sustainable development, and stable operation of the new application.
Your Area of Responsibility:
interacting with business stakeholder, running workshops with users and management to get a clear view of requirements and stakeholder management.
Support requirement engineering from beginning to end, incl.process analysis, case modelling, conception, and specification.
Check existing requirements regarding standard conformity
Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions from a business and IT perspective.
Managing all aspects for a given functional area and contact person for the corresponding business and IT peers in the project.
Organizing and performing the tests of newly developed functionalities.
Parametrizing the real estate asset & fund management tool in accordance with the specifications and independently adjusting.
Training and support of users in those tools after going live with their in-depth knowledge and contributing to the continuous improvement and further development of the tool.
Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, economics, or comparable education
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fund industry (real estate or financial service industry)
You are familiar with
fund management, including multi-level structures
business planning on asset and/or fund level
Performance management and profitability forecast
Expertise in the field of real estate and accounting is an advantage
Analytical thinking and problem solving and affinity for detail, design, quality, processes,
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative with a sense of urgency whilst working collaboratively
Experience with real estate IT systems is an advantage
Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
Very good English knowledge, German and/or French is a plus
