Head of Brand Management & Digital Marketing

Reporting into the Head Marketing, your role is to oversee the brand management & digital marketing teams. You will craft & build core marketing strategies, compelling marketing narratives and help bring our brand stories to life with investors with bringing expertise on branding, media, conversion & customer analytics. This leadership role necessitates being at ease at the complex intersection of financial markets, fintech, branding & digital marketing trends.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for a senior creative & data-driven marketing leader with customer-centric mindset to animate the Swissquote marketing funnel, reinforce the Swissquote brand and help us connect emotionally to our clients & to the investors' community in general

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Champion a high-class brand strategy with ambitious international expansion plans
  • Lead & empower a team of 10 talents in brand management, digital marketing & financial education
  • Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights
  • Master Swissquote financial services, markets & fintech trends to improve marketing-mix
  • Partner with the marketing leadership to craft & build full year brand plans
  • Inspire agencies to do their best strategic, creative & media work
  • Implement full-stack marketing plans & campaigns including TV, OOH, print, audio & digital
  • Oversee brand digital presence & global social media strategies
  • Partner with the in-house creative agency lead to elevate the brand & customer experience
  • Provide ongoing reporting & strategic recommendations
  • Seek marketing efficiency & automation opportunities to scale operations
  • Plan mid-term strategic plans to build a brand competitive edge


The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in brand management & digital marketing positions with proven track-record on developing integrated marketing plans
  • Demonstrate leadership in building teams
  • Advanced knowledge of the Swiss media landscape and its specificities
  • Passionate for all things about marketing, digital & fintech
  • Previous experience in fintech or in a retail finance business is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically, to create and implement marketing plans/brand briefs
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Strong project, budget management & problem-solving skills
  • Develop business acumen and create management-level presentations
  • High energy, hard-working team player with customer focus
  • Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills
  • Education to master's degree level
  • Fluent French, German & English
