Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage P&L for optimal profit and margins aligned with aftersales and service objectives
  • Lead and empower your local teams with strategic guidance and vision
  • Ensure high-performance standards are met in the entire aftersales process including warranty, customer satisfaction index, call center KPI, product returns, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally degree educated with a proven track record in aftersales and service
  • Proven experience in team management coupled with strong analytical skills
  • High level of resilience is needed to successfully grow this department
