- Expertly manage P&L for optimal profit and margins aligned with aftersales and service objectives
- Lead and empower your local teams with strategic guidance and vision
- Ensure high-performance standards are met in the entire aftersales process including warranty, customer satisfaction index, call center KPI, product returns, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally degree educated with a proven track record in aftersales and service
- Proven experience in team management coupled with strong analytical skills
- High level of resilience is needed to successfully grow this department
