As the leader in Infusion technology, our client offers their customers a full range of Infusion Devices, Infusion Consumables and a first-class customer service around the globe.
In order to continuously grow the company’s activities abroad, the owners of the company have decided to recruit the 'Head International Sales'  who leads a team of 5-10 employees, which are subsequently leading a network of distributors globally and interacting also directly with the end-users of the products (hospitals).

Head International Sales MedTech (m/f)

You are a leader of a strong international sales team with mission to support global sales activities across the distribution network, with overall goal of increasing worldwide turnover and market share. You will develop and structure sales concepts and strategies. Planning and controlling of the company’s international sales activities in the field of capital goods and consumables will be your focus. The implementation of agreed sales and corporate goals in consultation with senior management will be an additional task.

The ideal candidate has at least 5-10 years professional experience in 

international sales

with full responsibility of a product, a defined market or sales channel in an industry with highly sophisticated products in a technical environment. Forecasting, multi-year planning and sales planning is naturalness. You have at least 3 years’ experience of organizing and implementing sales strategies with a strong focus on distribution sales. Gaining, developing and consulting of partners such as wholesellers or distributors is your daily business.
