As an interim HR Business Partner you will support the delivery of Talent and HR initiatives, identifying opportunities in the business to achieve its strategic goals. In this role the main focus will be the coordination of the performance yearend review process as well as the related key processes for your dedicated Service Line.
You will cover the maternity leave period for one of our HR Business Partners, therefore the ideal start date is mid-February 2018 and is planned for 6 to 7 months. You will be part of the HR Business Partner team of five and report to the HR Director. Given the dynamic growth of our business, the role might become permanent.
What you can expect from us
Responsibility for advising one of our Service Lines with approx. 200 people in the business on strategic HR topics You will collaborate with partners and line managers in relation to the firms talent policies and procedures, coordinate the annual performance cycle and key processes, as well as undertake the annual salary and promotion review for your business area You guide line management on Employee Relations and day to day HR operational matters You are involved in several HR initiatives and may lead selected HR projects
Similar position / Manager position (5 6 years experience) University degree in Economics or similar degree in Human Resources (e.g. Federal diploma) Able to build credible relationships and influence key stakeholders Able to deal with a high volume workload, strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to deliver to critical deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent/excellent command of German and English; French is an advantage
