Sales Manager iPension CH-D


As a member of our sales team and reporting to the sales director of NEOSIS, you will be are responsible for the following activities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in social insurances and pension funds domain
  • Support and development of recognized accounts in German-speaking Switzerland on social insurances and pension funds market with corresponding commercial responsibility
  • Acquisition of new clients and integration projects for iPension Suite (www.ipension.ch)
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Advisory of the entire ELCA products and services portfolio in addition to the dedicated NEOSIS offer (www.neosis-it.ch)
  • Close cooperation with ELCA and NEOSIS technical specialists to continually align our innovative offer with the requirements of social insurances and pension funds market in Switzerland
  • Presentation and contract negotiations at C-level
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

For this vacancy we expect a candidate with an academic degree of a university or university of applied sciences.

  • Proven Experience in sales/account management and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Good sales experience in the finance, insurance and pension market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building trust relationships with C-levels
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • German AND Swiss-German speaking
  • English speaking (French speaking a plus)
