We act as business partners and consult in every technology or process related issue. We are available 24/7 to make sure that business is keep running.
Act as the BSS partner to the Function to ensure business continuity and service through solutions & systems deployment and operational excellence, supporting revenue creation through technology initiatives across the Function. Support delivery with faster, simpler, integrated, standardized, added value and measurable solutions and have end-to-end responsibility in solutions and systems deployment across the Function in the Country
Deploy the Functional Technology Roadmap within the country, coordinating with the BSS departments and the local Function
Drive the end-to-end solution process, ensuring proper project management and alignment between all key stakeholders (both BSS departments and country Functional team)
Coordinate the work of functional Key Users, ensuring proper skills, motivation and execution of KU Tasks
Act as Technology and Process business partner for the function
Define & Coordinate the Change Management implementation related to new business solutions for the function
Support testing, training and simulation for the solutions go-live phase within the functional area
Act as escalation point for relevant Functional management in relation to all BSS Services
Contribute to the BSS Pulse Surveys in the country - develop, execute and monitor Functional plans for improvement of customer satisfaction.
Support functional results by identifying and adopting innovative solutions, good country practices and opportunities in own Function from other CCH countries
Identify areas of improvement and pro-actively preparing proposals
Create an environment in the respective Function that supports continuous improvement of standard processes & solutions and technology usage.
BSS Functional Leader - Commercial
University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or any other relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in the respective function
Experience with core SAP, MS Office 365 systems and processes
Excellent in English (verbal and written communication), C1 level of German is required French is a plus
Business acumen and result driven personality
Strong customer Focus
Able to function and collaborate within teams and build strong relationships with stakeholder
