We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to strengthen our Swiss HR team. You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely with other functional areas and stakeholders within Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG. The HR Generalist reports directly to the HR Director. You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description. The position is based in Liebefeld / Dübendorf.
Support our internal customers with all human resources related queries and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the business
Partner with the managers of all departments to support the implementation of the HR agenda
Support and follow-up on HR annual processes, proactively coach managers on day-to-day HR matters
Continuous optimization of HR processes and develop the administrative processes and procedures in HR/Payroll
Support the monthly payroll and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
Collaboration with Headquarters and international HR Team with companywide projects
Involvement and self-responsible driving of projects
5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist/ Specialist
Degree in Human Resources Management or related subject
Further education in HR (Fachausweis Personalfachfrau/-mann ) is considered as a plus
Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law
Solid understanding in Compensation and benefits topics as well as payroll experience
HR project experience is considered a plus
Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills as well as team oriented and proactive mindset. Seeks for opportunities for continuous improvement
Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
Fluency in German and English is a must, any other language is an advantage
