As Senior Manager (m/f/d) HR you will be the HR Lead for our sites in Switzerland (Selzach, Biberist, La Chaux de Fonds and Lausanne) and will be leading the team of HR Business Partners who are providing HR partnership to managers and directors focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes through the execution of our global HR strategy.
Furthermore, you will be a key member of the local Management Team, driving HR topics and thus supporting the strategic planning and development of the sites.
Your key responsibilities
Leading the HR Business Facing team and proactively driving development and career planning.
Serving as strategic partner to the local Management team, COEs and team of HR Business Partners.
Being part of the regional HR Leadership Team (Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland).
Implementing change based on proven change management techniques.
Applying policies and procedures across organization.
Seeking ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes as well as implementing solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices.
Facilitating interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintaining broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; using knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions.
Establishing a strategic HR roadmap based on global and European HR strategy that is in line with Business needs.
Implementing and delivering solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development by partnering with subject-matter experts, as appropriate.
Driving standardization and harmonization across Switzerland.
What we are looking for
You have a successfully completed advanced Degree, ideally in HR.
You have 8+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience and previous demonstrated HR expertise at manager level, ideally in an international matrix organization.
You are characterized by a high level of communication skills, strategic thinking, analytical and negotiation skills as well as extensive interface competencies.
Your excellent English and good German language skills enable you to collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment. French is a plus.
