HR Generalist

Main duties
- Responsibility for the HR administration and data management of executives and employees located in the Headquarters
- Support day-to-day people management activities along the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit management
- Support on payroll activities, reporting, communications and invoice approvals
- Support local and Group HR projects and initiatives, as well as CHRO with HR coordination activities
- Ensure accuracy of all HR regulations, policies, processes and procedures
- Screening of applications (optional, depending on background)
- Act as the main contact for all employees, in close cooperation with internal and external office/facility management and our internal IT
Professional competence
- Basic commercial education with further education in HR (ideally with Swiss Federal Diploma as HR Assistant)
- At least 2 years professional experience and proven track record in a similar position
- Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
- Experience working in an international matrix organisation
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), all other European languages are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Abacus is an advantage
