In this exciting position at our headquarter in Zurich-Altstetten, you and your team of seven will closely work together with different business units and support the execution of the Bank's project portfolio. You are part of programs, projects and initiatives in which you add value by identifying dependencies among services, applications, processes, as well as regulation framework. You are critically finding the underlying cause of the upcoming challenges and you understand the importance of transparent communication in the context of change. You will join a multi-cultural dynamic team enabling progress in the implementation of the Bank's vision and business strategy.

Team Leader Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering

  • Manage conscientious business analysis and requirements engineering services for all change activities in the Bank
  • Manage the translation of business needs in requirements, with respect of economic, technical and organizational constraints
  • Supervise proper capturing, analysis and validation of client needs or expectations
  • Ensure exemplary stakeholder management by implementing solutions that offer high benefit to its target audience
  • Own the scope management of projects in the Bank and ensure it is being applied according to Business Analysis guidelines
  • Own and promote the feature catalogue of the Bank
  • Execute performance reviews and develop action plans or methodologies to continuously improve our internal services
  • Execute continuous and forward looking capacity and budget planning for your team
  • 5+ years in a leadership role preferred, strong leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge in Business Analysis, Requirements and Process Engineering
  • Extensive experience in Project Management methodologies and facilitating tools (Agile, Waterfall, Confluence, Jira…) and Process Management methods, standards and tools (BPMN 2.0, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Signavio…)
  • Strategic thinker with ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects or tasks
  • Fast learner and able to quickly adapt to new or changing situations
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey complex information in a simple way
  • High self-motivation, independent, reliable teammate, friendly and positive personality as well as a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in both English and German
