Lead Business Integration & Processes

Master Business Process for product onboarding and routine
o Act as business process owner for the master process and
ensure oversight, implementation, maintenance, adherence
and continuous improvement of the process and the
corresponding sub-processes.
o Provide assistance and training for the Master Business
process for Product onboarding and the corresponding IT
tools to teams and associates

Business Processes Continuous Improvement & Best Practice:
o Contribute significantly to the business by driving change in
the organization. Proactively analyze, review and assess
current business processes, systems and practices and
propose changes with the aim to simplify create value and
meet their detail purposes and requirements
o Lead and drive initiatives to develop, improve and streamline
PS business processes, procedures and interfaces aiming to
reduce complexity and increase overall productivity
o If assigned as Business Process Owner or Best Practice
Network Leader, ensure oversight, implementation,
maintenance, adherence and continuous improvement of the

New Business integration:
o In co-operation with key stakeholders, contribute to the
business unit strategy by development of holistic strategic
options and implementation plans. Contribute to maintain the
strategic plan by e.g. periodic review and update together
with the lead team. Proactively lead, guide and support
strategic decision making
o In collaboration with stakeholders and based on the overall
PS strategy as well as product pipeline, identify and
continuously review the tactical and strategic key needs for
resource capacity and capabilities
o Proactively develop, evaluate and prepare scenarios and
business cases to support the implementation of the pre-
defined strategy
