Manager System Integration, Adaptive Solutions
As the Manager of the System Integration team you are accountable for the integrity of the Adaptive Solution system on continuous basis, during development and for product releases:
Leads a team of CI/CD developers, deployment experts, system automation engineers and manual testers. People management of the team members. Oversees the CI/CD process, and ensures the match with the overall development process. Overall owner of the system integration testing, both functional and non-functional. Ensures the availability of a corresponding automation test concept and -design. Ensures the continuous availability of test- and demo environments. Drives the planning of the activities, and involves the stakeholders from development and product management. Ensures the transparency and tracking of the efforts. Defines the KPIs of the system quality and their continuous measurement and transparency.
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent academic degree Proven track record of leadership, planning and coordination in a complex environment. Excellent people-, organization-, and communication skills. Understanding of modern software CI/CD, deployment and operations concepts. Good grasp of test automation and system integration essentials. Leadership experience in releasing complex systems. Lean approach to solving complex problems, pragmatism. The position is located in Baden, Switzerland or Helsinki, Finland.
In an international environment (more than 30 nationalities), located across 3 main regions: Switzerland (Baden), the United States (Palo Alto, Silicon Valley) and Finland (Helsinki), subdivided in 11 teams you will be part of the Infrastructure and integration team located in Baden.
