Work with the Group company Management, Sales and Marketing to develop concrete business plans for continued growth
To identify new sales opportunities (relationships or activities) that could be implemented locally or globally to grow Pediatric sales to a particular sector, target group, and/or step on the patient journey.
Analyze sales figures each month for pediatric sales ensuring that developing markets are well supported, and any negative trends in sales are investigated
To support countries with the launch of new products - researching opportunities, activity plans, target group of customers, PR events etc
Closely collaborate with Pediatric team's product and marketing members to support the creation of campaigns and tools that may be needed for identified business opportunities
Where appropriate present at key trade shows and expo's at which to promote Pediatric portfolio products, including Roger and Hearing Aids
Tertiary level of educations (degree in Audiology desirable)
Commercial sales experience essential, with experience in the hearing/education market
Excellent people skills and presentation skills
Ability to analyze and interpret technical and financial data
Ability to work with respect and enthusiasm in a dynamic team environment
Self-driven and energetic personality with a "can do" approach and high result orientation
Very good English skills, German and other languages are a plus
