Role Description:

Are you keen to allow delivery of results in a complex environment?

Do you know how simplify complexity and block out the noise deriving logical business conclusion from data?

We're looking for someone like that to:

o Business Analysis: Develop views out of data analysis that clearly articulate critical components and recommendations to reduce exception handling and increase STP
o Process Management Metrics: Review available MIS and KPIs and set-up framework for how we measure our production from input quality, output quality and risk level perspective
o Process Improvement: Collaborate with the SMEs onshore and offshore for deep-dive on specific issues and create a plan-to-green
o Governance: Support the creation of relevant material to run an effective GAU Execution and Transformation Global Board, and enable the Board Sponsor and participant to take effective decisions on issues and matters raising from various working groups or from where we are in the implementation of the TOM
o Client Query Management: create clear process and role and responsibilities around the global query management and ownership. Including understanding of the best tools to support the processes

Experience and Qualifications:

o Self-starters and can integrate into the business quickly

   Must have experience in Securities Settlements or Custody -Corporate actions
o 3-5 years experience in a similar role
o Banking experience a must
o Good understanding of financial markets, products and processes. Knowledge in the Corporate Actions and Income processing is preferable
o Experienced Business analyst demonstrating full project lifecycle and proven track record
o Client focus and good interpersonal ability to manage stakeholders of all levels
o Confidence to always challenge and ask questions
o Highest level of integrity, professionalism and commitment
o Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic approach and a delivery-oriented mentality
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent team working skills

Your team:

The Team role is to manage the processing of corporate events on securities. This involves ensuring the events are captured, notified to internal and external clients, elected on, processed to client accounts claimed on outstanding trades, and accounted for in the general ledger.
However key to this role is to continuously operate with a wider virtual team which spans across functions (various IT, Vendors, SD, SL) and business divisions (WM, IB, WMA, P&C)
