Customer Account Manager Engine Services (w/m), Ref. ESCA

Engine Services is the commercial aircraft engine focused division of SR Technics and makes up a sizable portion of the company with 500 employees. This size brings with it the advantages of an SME, while also retaining the strength and stability of the multinational company it is integrated within.

In this position, you are responsible for the smooth transition of the client's requirement, from contracting to fulfillment, for the development, retention and appropriate expansion of the relationship with the client for one or multiple existing accounts. You will report to the Head of Account Management Engine Services.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the administrative onboarding of new clients acquired

  • Manage shop visit from slot planning and phase-in to service re-delivery through setting targets to operations, monitoring and challenging work scope changes and fulfillment

  • Communicate schedule status and price developments to customers and solve escalated issues

  • Review and report on profitability and follow-up with improvement measures

  • Lead invoicing to cash collection internally and with customer

Your profile:

  • Must have a university degree either in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Proven professional experience (min. 3 years) in the aviation MRO industry with demonstrable in-depth knowledge of Aircraft Engine Overhaul principles, ideally applied to an Engine Shop. Power plant engineering experience will also be considered

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong project management experience and problem solving skills

  • Fluent English oral and written required (level C1), German, Russian or Chinese skills an advantage

  • Team player, flexible and stress resistant, ready to deliver the extra effort
