One of our client a leading firm in the financial sector is looking for its new Human Resources Business Partner H/F As HRBP your main missions will be HR Business Partner side Establish a Business Partner approach to HR providing advice support and training to Geneva based employees in all aspects of HR including Employment Law Equal opportunities and other associated legislation Initiate and manage projects designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function People risk Retention strategy Succession planning Respond to interpersonal situations with sensitivity and insight Working within the HR team Liaise and coordinate with HR team and HR Manager within Switzerland and African Affiliates to ensure intellectual capacity is optimized to ensure business efficiency. Ensure HR administration systems are fit for purpose maintained appropriately in line with legal and best practice requirements and able to produce Management Information to meet time accuracy and quality standards at all times. Recruitment and Selection In close cooperation with the HR Manager recruit hi-caliber individuals who will be the talent in the future Liaise with Affiliates to identify right talents and manage their movement within the affiliates Establish develop and manage the partner and career planning frameworks that meet individual and business objectives throughout Affiliates Learning Development Work with HR Manager to determine the L D strategy to implement for the Affiliates. Drive the necessary development plan to bridge the gap between the business requirements and the current staff profile Stay abreast of latest developments in the learning and development space Develop and maintain Learning and Development policies processes and systems Develop and implement a Learning and Development Strategy that is aligned to future capability requirements and best practices Consolidate training budget across the Group Monitor track and report on budget Identify accredited training services to provide training across the Group Develop and maintain a list of accredited service providers Develop and maintain training catalogues that are aligned to capability requirements and role Descriptions from a career development point of view Maintain a schedule of training costs and dates Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure productive Employee Relations are consistently maintained in accordance with legislation and codes of practice To be successful on this position you need University degree or HR Federal Brevet A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and Learning Development preferably in the energy industry or in an industrial environment Fluency in French and English oral and written Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook. Good PC Skills spreadsheets databases and office software Ability to think strategically ability to consult and advise excellent sense of interpersonal relationships Build effective business relationships Knowledgeable and experienced in application of local employment law and market practice Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise highly stress resistant Ability to work in a small team of professionals and in an international environment
