Join us and we'll grow the business together. Payroll adminpack Specialist CDD JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Team Leader Payroll you will be responsible for all tasks related to Payroll Social Insurance. You will ensure accurate processing and recording of our clients' payroll provide timely and accurate financial information participate in daily data entry Payroll processing
DUTIES RESPONSABITIES

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following
End to end processing of client's monthly payroll
Updating and maintaining payroll records Joiners/Leavers/Changes and payroll master data
Liaising with client-side contacts and management on payroll related queries
Working with other team members to meet payroll deadlines
Producing accurate timely payroll reporting AHV Allowances Source Tax etc.
Managing payroll related administrative duties
Importing/exporting payroll interface file
Processing of all variable wage components
Providing support for Abacus-enabled external clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Swiss payroll multi cantons is essential
Up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory/legal environment
Fluent French and English we'd love it if you had German too
Knowledge of Abacus payroll software is a plus
