This is a unique opportunity to build a world class Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising function and team, with the potential to move either upwards or laterally into a broader role.


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the person will be in charge of defining the overall strategy for Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising, elaborate guidelines for the countries, ensure flawless execution across regions and will be fully accountable for budget and timings.


The role will create significant and sustainable business growth by collaborating with cross-functional and cross-geographical partners to manage all aspects of the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising.


She / He will m anages and motivates a team of trade marketing and VM executives (3 people).

Trade Marketing Visual Merchandiser


Main Responsibilities
Trade Marketing

Define the needs with the HQ team and the countries team
Develop creative trade marketing plans to support the product launches drive growth and image
Create an exciting gifts and literature strategy
Be the contact point for the market
Oversee global marketing implementation plans across region
Discuss and vet all local initiatives and align them with the global market strategy
Coordinate all reports benchmarking and performance management in a systematic way
Share best practice examples between countries
Reports on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.

Visual Merchandising




Define the needs with the HQ team and the countries team
Develop the global concept together with the Creative department
Accountable for all aspects of execution of the VM tools production cost timings.
Develop simple and practical guidelines and tool kits
Ensure the execution of the plan across the regions



Experiences Knowledge Skills and Abilities


Minimum 7 years in trade Marketing and/or Visual Merchandising


Strong experience in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising She/he will have a demonstrable of business new technologies and operations experience.She/he must have previous experience gained in Trade Marketing Visual Merchandising or Operational Marketing.An experience in watchmaking/Jewelry is a must


Inspirational Team leader strong leadership entrepreneurship She/he will set very high standards for the team and knows how to remove barriers so that her/his teams can succeed.She/he will bring a successful track record in attracting developing/coaching and retaining top talent. Someone who likes to build something. She/he will have the ability to change things and support the team in this change
