Budget for and purchase local IT hardware such as: server, storage, switches, computers, printers, beamers, TV's and video conference systems
Setup, configure and maintain local IT hardware (OS Installation, hardware & firmware upgrades)
Monitor performance of backend hardware and services
Planning and implementing new hardware and software backend systems and services such as: ESX Hosts, DHCP, Fileserver, Printserver
Incident management: tracking, resolving and managing end-user support
User Account administration (Active Directory, GPO's, etc.)
Work close together and have regular meetings with extended team in Stäfa (ZH), Corporate IT
Basic education as IT Supporter / IT Administrator with degree as Microsoft Certified Professional
At minimum 3 years' experience as generalist of an extended IT Service Desk
Competent IT skills: VMware ESX, Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Network incl. switch configuration, DHCP, DNS, etc.
Well organized, good time manager, self-motivated and autonomous
Service oriented, trustworthy, approachable, team player with friendly attitude
Excellent communication skills in local languages (German and French), as well as fluency in English
