Define, evolve, operate and maintain a comprehensive environment for system-, integration- and regression tests focusing on hearing instrument performance and audio
Contribute in building test suites and reporting based on available features and hardware
Professionalize data organization, encapsulation and its maintenance
Promote state-of-the-art coding and testing practices towards Matlab users
Develop a broad understanding of the overall system and act respectively
Collaborate closely with experts, test and software developers and test managers
Automate processes to introduce or change hardware components on a regular and flexible basis
Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering
3+ years of experience in automation using an OO language, preferred C#, with HW in the loop
Experience working with CI/CD pipeline
Passion for software testing processes to improve product, audio and code quality
Deep understanding of testing practices and processes, root-cause analytics and test reporting
Result-oriented team player with hands-on and pragmatic approach
Profound communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken)
