For our sales activities, we are currently looking for a Sale s Engineer Summary For our expansion to the European countries , we are looking for a sales engineer person in Puidoux that will assist the company in penetrating th e energy market. This is an opportunity to grow with the company , help by reaching challenging targets , and contribute DEPsys becoming a global leader in the space of smart grid s . Responsibilities · Make technical presentations, and persuade/demonstrate how the DEPsys products will meet Distribution System Operators (DSOs) needs · Provide pre - sales technical assistance and product training · Solv e technical DSOs problems · Manage and interpret technical DSOs requirements · Work with internal resources helping in the project design, quotation and other custom technical issues · Customize the proposition to the unique requirements of DSOs with different size s and profile s · D evelop existing customers ; from the customer qualifying phase to closing. · Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other events · Properly rep ort back by using CRM or other sales/engineer tools Qualifications · Strong t echnical knowledge (Engineer background) and understanding of low - voltage grid issues, challenges and concepts · Minimum of 5 years of sales /presales/aftersales experience in a complex, technical, B2B, solution - oriented business · Proven track - record of sales to de partments of DSOs dealing with the distribution grid (low voltage) · Experience selling in the areas of Smart Grids, Innovation, Smart Metering, Asset Man agement, or Network P lanning, will be considered a plu s DEPsys SA | Route du Verney 20B, 1070 Puidoux, Switzerland | +41 21 546 23 00 | jobs @depsys.ch | www.depsys.ch We are looking for · A s elf - motivated ind ividual that can work in a self - managed mode · Good communication and presentation skills · An o rganized and structured person with the ability to discover pain points, needs and wants of customers to facilitate a focus to the DEPsys value proposition · A d ynamic and ambitious person that wants to grow with the company and is able to contribute to its growth · Fluent in English and German, French is a plus We offer · A d ynamic culture backed by very serious and established entrepreneurs · Continuous support from a highly technically enabled team ready to provide all the support necessary to safeguard the success of the Sales team Travel : N ational and international travel (~ 25 % of the time) Duration : Permanent - Full - time Start date : February , 201 8 Contact : Michael De Vivo , CEO
