Conducting of patentability assessments
Drafting, filing and prosecuting of patent and design applications
Managing of oppositions, Post-Grant Review and Inter Partes Review proceedings
Preparing of Freedom-to-Operate analyses
Providing of IP advice to other departments within the organization
Supporting of strategic invention activities and IP trainings
Drafting and negotiating of IP contracts
At least three years experiences in patent preparation, prosecution and patent searching
Excellent knowledge of international patent laws
Good understanding of IP needs from a business perspective
Advanced degree in electronics, engineering, physics or closely related field
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German
Service-oriented, flexible, open minded and a high level of initiative
Registered to practice before the European Patent Office
