BSA - 0076 - 2017 - CLG b ased in Lausanne and reporting to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain . The Business Unit Services ("BUS") aims to ensure our Customers' full satisfaction through best in class operating structure ensuring the best execution of the delivery of Services. Our Field service technicians are at the heart of our Business Unit. Se veral hundreds of them are at the customer service, covering every field of activity, bringing their expertise and experience in BOBST equipment and know - how. In order to develop our Services and reach our ambitious objectives (customer satisfaction and g rowth) , we need to bring new processes, planning methodology and tools, mobile solutions, training (soft skills...). The goal being to build a single customer experience with BOBST Field Services, we need to build an integrated function with transverse actio ns. Y OUR MISSION Responsible for the development of the department and its continuous improvement, the Head of Field Service Operations will i n particular : · Develop, implement and maintain process and tools to help optimizing Field Service operations and planning · Support the design and implement the new Planning / Mobile harmonized system for FST · Make sure that the processes / roles / organization deployed are compliant with the book of standard · Build an integrated Field Service operations across technolo gies ensuring that the same processes, systems, IT are used to support on the same way our customers · Design, implement and monitor the right KPI in order to follow efficiently Field Service operations and identify deviation from targets, launching the asso ciated action plan with Field Service teams (occupation rate / MTTR) · Identify, assess and implement the process / systems evolutions requested by Field Service teams and the needs of the business and customers. · Support Field Service teams in their daily continuous improvements · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and growth. RH BSA/ MS/ 23/11/2017 Y OUR PROFILE Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of related technical services experience dealing with field service issues, preferably within the printing and converting industry. · Knowledge of the Packaging and Printing industry · Experience as a Field Service Technici an / Manager and in a Customer service env ironment · Experience in matrix and global indirect team leadership . · Ability and willingness to support a continuous improvement of business model · Excellent project management skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Bilingual English / French · Customer focus · Pragmatic and solution oriented W E OFFER YOU ?
