BSA - 0077 - 2 017 - CLG b ased in Lausanne and reporting to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain . The Business Unit Services (BUS V ) aims to ensure our Customers' full satisfaction through best in class operating structure ensuring the best execution of the delivery of Services. Our Field service technicians and Technical Support Specialists are at the heart of our Business Unit. Se veral hundreds of them are at the customer service, covering every field of activity, bringing their expertise and experience in BOBST equipment and know - how. In order to develop our Services and reach our ambitious objectives , we are currently recruiting 23 0 new Field Technicians and 60 new Technical Support Specialists before 2020 . In this time of growth this position will be key to the BUSV and our organization. Y OUR MISSION The principal objective of this position will be to ensure that we have the adequate people with the adequate skills at any given moment in time in order to fulfill our ambitious growth objectives. In order to do so the Head of Training and Workforce Plan ning (WFPL) will : · Develop, implement and maintain the workforce planning for both F ield S ervice T echnicians (FST) and T echnical S upport S pecialist (TSS) · Ensure, in close collaboration with controlling and HR that the recruitments and integration of FST and TSS are compliant with the WFPL targets · Adapt quarterly (for each forecast) the WFPL considering the inputs from BCC/BSF · Ensure that one single follow up is ready, filled in and used for the WFPL by all parties · Ensure datas consistency between hiring r equests and WFPL file · Inform BUSV / HR mgt about any deviation to the WFPL and implement corrective actions · Design and implement the BUSV training plan within all services organization in close collaboration with Training m ana gers in the services functions · Make sure that training hours targets are matched · Support Training manager in their daily tasks ensuring that all means are there to perform efficiently their mission · Measure training efficiency · Ensure a best in class Training strategy, aligned across en tities and product lines RH BSA/ MS/ 23/11/2017 Y OUR PROFILE Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience de a ling training strategies and workforce planning. · Knowledge of the Packaging and Printing industry · Experience in human resources as well as in a service business role would be a plus · Experience in matrix and global indirect team leadership . · Ability and willingness to support a continuous improvement of business model · Excellent project management skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skil ls · Bilingual English / French · Customer focus · Pragmatic and solution oriented W E OFFER YOU ?
