The BU - S employs over 1,200 people to propose everything professionals need to maintain optimum production levels, expand their equipment?s capacity and increase their technological and industrial expertise. The Product Manager is responsible for defining and implementing service products for our fast growing global service business. You will work in close relationship with product portfolio managers, machine product lines, factories, subsidiaries and sales worldwide to deliver business results at or above plan. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing Portfolio. Main Responsibilities & Key Tasks Be our company's expert in the space in which the product exists. The Product Manager is responsible for developing and packa ging service products (upgrades and spare parts). It also includes making the products market - ready, introduce them to our sales channels and train the sales force. The Product Manager is responsible for leading the product through its life cycle. Be the translator and diplomat unifying all parties involved in the product. Working closely with different functions within the company, ensuring that all stake holders? requirements are taken into consideration, in order to deliver a product that fulfills t he market expectations. Represent the customer. The Product Manager is the expert on how our customers interact with our products (e.g., through user testing, surveys, analytics) and applies this knowledge when defining the product roadmap. Measure the product?s success. The Product Manager collects and aggregates informati on to measure the product's progress towards the company?s objectives and based on the results propose corrective actions. Define and launch sound iterations to the product. The Product Manager collects and analyzes all input and ideas, including but not limited to design development and market requirements coming from the stake holders to establish a concrete plan for potential iterations. Feed the overall learning to the organization.
