Interface with global and local agencies
Steward all elements of Phonak brand successfully with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with Global Marketing team to ensure uniformity and consistency of the brand within the brand strategy
Provide training (incl. tools) to employees and agencies
Execute and implement brand strategy and present ideas for improvement
Evaluate brand perception results and plan according measures
University degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
5 years' experience in Corporate Branding in a global company or agency
Pro-active, convincing and flexible team player with can-do approach
Ability to work under pressure and high self-motivation
Flair to inspire and engage as well as good project management skills
Strong communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
Good Microsoft office skills, experience with InDesign and Photoshop is an asset
