Understand and advocate for the business partner and user and translate findings into product and service ideas and new concepts
Analyze the customer experience journey data and improve existing use cases and solutions to improve the experience
Work with a long term vision in mind to create a delightful and easy to use experiences
Study market trends and digital best-practices to develop commercial solutions
Work in close contact with our B2B and B2C users during requirements gathering, market trial and continuous improvement
Provide product ownership in the development, implementation and testing of mobile and web solutions, integrating existing and new technologies
University degree in Marketing, Business Informatics or similar
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital business or CX management with strong expertise in B2B2C set-ups
Experience in running complex digital projects on global scale in cross functional teams
Creative and open-minded person with can-do approach
Team player with good presentation and project management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to assert oneself
Good English and German skills, other languages are an asset
