Search for new ways of utilizing platforms to grow the Phonak business
Improve user experience and effectiveness of marketing communication delivery
Provide user onboarding, training and support
Cooperate with other teams, especially Marketing, eSolutions and IT
Drive research initiatives and regular data analysis
Create and share best practices
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/IT or similar education
4-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing
Experience in the business-side website/digital platform management
Experience in B2B e-mail marketing, automation and personalization is an asset
Passion for a digital world and support-orientation
Ability to cooperate effectively in a cross-functional team
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced international environment
Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus
