Sourcing Manager Marketing (Creative & Digital)

As part of a sourcing team with 8 people the jobholder is responsible for sourcing activities in the area of Marketing services (Creative & Digital) in Switzerland. He/she drives the Procurement function towards increased and sustainable sourcing effectiveness to support companys business growth strategy. The jobholder reports to the Head of Sourcing Marketing & Corporate Functions Switzerland.

Tasks:
Develops and implements sourcing approaches and / or strategies
for his/her services in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with the
business and global Procurement standards
Works across teams and functions to manage new and complex
demands specifically in the digital area which may also touch
different sourcing areas and requires building up structures from
scratch
Understands business needs & engages with stakeholders to meet
their priorities and requirements and therefore, builds effective,
trustful, personal relationships with key stakeholders located in
Switzerland (mainly Basel and Zurich).
Plans and executes sourcing events to create a competitive
advantage, prepares supplier negotiations, awards suppliers and
implements decision.
Develops and drives performance improvement programs and
transformation initiatives in collaboration with Business Partner
organization, Functional Leadership and Source-2-Pay functional
pillars.
Manages agencies and their respective agreements & contracts
