The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) is a non-profit organisation active in the field of allergic and immunologic diseases such as asthma, rhinitis, eczema, occupational allergy, food and drug allergy and anaphylaxis.
EAACI was founded in 1956 in Florence and has become the largest medical association in Europe in the field of allergy and clinical immunology. It includes over 10,000 members from 122 countries, as well as over 60 national and international member societies.
The EAACI is a non-profit organisation based in Zurich, Switzerland, with an operational and international team of ten employees.

Customer Relationship Officer (m/f)
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for ongoing communication and collaboration of relationship to all stakeholder groups, especially industry, international associations and funding organisations. In close collaboration with Executive Director and Board of Officers she/he will monitor ongoing projects and develop new opportunities of collaboration to reach and leverage the targets of EAACI. The Officer reports directly to the Executive Director, works closely with the teams of Public Relations, Congress & Events, Marketing & Communications and Education as well as other stakeholders in our matrix organisation. The Customer Relationship Officer reports to the Executive Director.
Supports Executive Director as contact person for stakeholder groups in daily communication
Monitors and processes sponsorship contracts
Development of new sponsorship opportunities; Support of Events team in developing of sponsorships catalogues and exhibition manuals
Establish and processes performance, evaluation and statistics about sponsorships
Screening of opportunities for public private partnership models and EU funding programs
Organizes stakeholder events in co-operation with other departments
Prepares value chain of projects adapted to stakeholder groups
Identifies interface of membership value and value of external stakeholder groups
Networks with internal stakeholders to develop new opportunities for collaboration
Master degree in economics, international law, politics or equivalent
Minimum of two years of professional experience and proven track record of working in the field of health care systems, either in customer relationship management, sponsoring or governmental affairs in industry or non-profit organizations
Knowledge about international health care systems
Experience in project management
Deep knowledge of compliance regulations and experience in practical implementation
Excellent skills and experience to work in cross functional and cross cultural project management, preferable with scientific and/or health care background
Outstanding analytic skills
Strong communication and networking skills
Open minded team player with a cooperative attitude, being adaptable, flexible, well-structured independent and being able to work well under pressure with a respectful, loyal and pro-active personality
Willingness to participate in weekend assignments at international meetings, events and congresses
Excellent oral and written communication in English and preferably French or other European language.
