This role is key to the ongoing digital transformation of CPW. The main responsibilities are focused on leading the day to day operations supporting the global Breakfast Cereals platform. This role is broad in scope supporting the global CMS in >50 markets managing third party technologies such as our global online promotions engine and other third party solutions such as Buy Now Rate and Review and User Generated Content solutions. This role will lead the global digital development agency on day to day operations running the SCRUM methodology. Key responsibilities Graduate level qualification Project Management development on all digital projects through to successful deployment Support of the Digital Operations Manager the Product Owner within SCRUM framework to manage the day to day digital operations Representation of CPW in the SCRUM Grooming process and ensuring of appropriate prioritization of projects and resources Ownership of the overall performance of the different digital assets and leading of projects to continuously optimise including SEO and implementing technical and content optimisation in partnership with Digital Content Manager Tracking of timings milestones and budgets of digital projects. Lead of communication in between business agencies and all supporting teams. Development of recommendations to optimise current processes Partnership with Nestle Digital Service Unit and other experts to ensure all innovation is fully compliant Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Technology ideally with Marketing focus. Minimum 5 years of digital project management within a client or agency role with either regional or global experience Management of digital projects with experience of managing compliance and security implementation Good understanding of consumer journeys and user experience Experience of managing an agency on project development and delivery Experience with Agile and/or SCRUM certification Fluent in English Show us that you benefit from strong time management skills with the ability to identify priorities and multi-task.
