to join the processing team.
The main duties include:
Administrating the complex application and detail-oriented application processing
Conduct regulated compliance steps
Assist clients during the application procedure and answer various queries
Monitor deadlines and keep track with CRM database during the application process
Observe accuracy and completeness of clients’ applications
Issue invoices and control payment receipts
Sophisticated oral and written communication in Russian/English business language with our wealthy clientele
Solid education in administration and/or paralegal
Work experience preferably (but not mandatory) with law firms or notary’s office
Professional communication skills in Russian and English. Any other language would be an asset.
Professional in MS office, experience with CRM
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a highly accurate, utmost concentrated and detail-oriented functioning, be able to manage heavy workload under time pressure, have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Experience in similar position is a must.
